︱Green Building Conceptualized as a "Light Box"
Designed by Australian architect Brad Williamson, the project involved collaborations across more than 10 countries and 40 teams, and has recently won a series of prestigious international design awards, including the American MUSE International Design Golden Award, Sydney International Architecture Design Award, and the American SPARK Spark Design Platinum Award, totaling 15 accolades. The main structure, conceptualized as a "light box," is built with translucent polymer green materials, offering excellent thermal comfort by being warm in winter and cool in summer. Its strength and toughness superior to glass beautifully introduces natural light and shadows indoors, allowing air and sunlight to flow naturally through the building.
Dream Factory’s facade is built as Taiwan’s largest PC board green building, securing 15 prestigious international design awards.
︱The 10-Storey "Avatar Tree of Life" Surrounding Walkway
The most captivating feature is undoubtedly the "Avatar Tree of Life"! Crafted from Austrian spruce, its smooth and organic lines showcase the strength and might of the Tree of Life. Standing at 30.8 meters tall, equivalent to ten stories, it supports the entire roof. Walking down the lengthy 386-meter surrounding pathway, the floor-to-ceiling windows provide ample lighting and offer views of the Central Mountain Range.

︱Taiwan's Highest Indoor Rock Climbing Wall, Abseiling, and Tree Climbing Experience
The building also features Taiwan's highest indoor rock climbing wall, measuring 20 meters called “Inception Dreamscape,” along with “Climbing the Tree of Life” tree climbing experience and a 30-meter “Heart-Thumping Drop” abseiling adventure. These three indoor activities are perfect for family participation, offering a courageous challenge within the wooden structure.

︱The World's Only "Bay Island Culture Museum and World Southern Islands Center"
This venue is home to the world's only "Bay Island Culture Museum and World Southern Islands Center," featuring 19 exhibition areas, with zones 01 to 9 dedicated to the introduction and experience of Bay (Southern) Island cultural development. It includes a 24-meter wide arc screen cinema, using immersive digital experiences to recreate 5,000 years of Southern Island culture. The Austronesian language family’s lifestyle and migration patterns from northern Taiwan to southern New Zealand, from Easter Island in the east to Madagascar in the west, are all vividly depicted at the "Bay Island Culture Museum and World Southern Islands Center."
