A2: The 'Kanahei's small animals | Nantou Good Travel Card' includes Taiwan Tourist Shuttle Services transportation tickets for travel within Nantou, valid for 3 days. The activation starts from the first boarding and usage on the cooperating Taiwan Tourist Shuttle Services routes and remains valid for consecutive usage within 3 days (including the day of the first boarding). For example, if you board the Sun Moon Lake Line (from Gancheng Station to Sun Moon Lake Station) 6670A- F on August 1, 2023, you can use the card until 23:59 on August 3, 2023.
Q3: Can the Nantou Good Travel Card still be used?
A3: After the expiration of the usage period, the 'Kanahei's small animals | Nantou Good Travel Card' can be used as a regular EasyCard.
Q4: What should I do if the card is lost?
A4: The card is issued on a non-registered basis, and if the card is lost, we regret to inform you that loss reporting and reissuance of the card cannot be processed.
Q5: What should I do if the card experiences an unknown malfunction/damage?
A5: If the card cannot be used due to an unknown malfunction and is in good condition, unused, and undamaged, please contact the original purchase channel for exchange. This card is an accompanying gift of 'Kanahei's small animals | Nantou Good Travel Card' and cannot be individually returned for cancellation or refunded. However, according to EasyCard Corporation regulations, you can arrange for a refund of the stored value.
Q6: What is the refund procedure for the card?

.For cards that have not been used and are in good condition, need to be returned in complete packaging. Please visit the original purchase website or send a letter to request a card refund. A handling fee of 10% of the card's retail price will be charged.
.If the Pass is somehow unscannable, it can be returned under normal appearance and intact condition through website or e-mail.
Steps of Pass Return:
➥Step 1:Deposit Refund
▫ For deposit remaining in the Pass, please visit Information Counters at Taipei MRT stations, Taoyuan Metro or Customer Service Center of EasyCard Corporation for deposit refund.
▫ A handling fee of NT$20 will be charged for deposit refund.
▫ Once the Pass has entered the deposit refund process, it cannot be topped up.
➥Step 2: Pass Return and Refund
▫ Before sending the Pass back to the Customer Service Center, make sure the Pass has no deposit. After sending back the Pass, the remaining deposit cannot be refundable.
