The lakeside biking path around Sun Moon Lake has been recognized by CNN as one of the world's top ten most beautiful cycling routes. Whether you're out with friends, on a date, or enjoying a family trip, biking around Sun Moon Lake is a must-do. Feel the ease and comfort of the ride as you lift your gaze to the blue sky dotted with fluffy white clouds, capturing the inspiring moments of your journey and ensuring that your travels are more than just a hurried experience.

With your order's QR Code, you can quickly redeem a bicycle at any participating shop. Before handing over the bike, our staff will personally check the bike's condition and provide safety instructions to ensure you receive the highest quality service, allowing you to enjoy a more comfortable, safer, and higher-quality journey.

1. This is an electronic ticket (QR Code) and a physical ticket will not be sent separately.
2. After completing the payment, please check your email to receive the "payment successful notification" email. You can use the QR code attached in the email for verification, or you can go to the website's "Member Center" → "My Orders" → "Paid" page → click "View" to access the QR Code for verification.
3. Present your electronic voucher (QR code) at the redemption counter, show the QR code to the staff to exchange or scan it at the kiosk .

｜Boat Ticket Redemption Instructions

Present the electronic voucher (QR Code) at the Nantou Bus Sun Moon Lake Station, the dock's boat crew (Shuishe Pier) redemption location, or the first floor of the Ita Thao Visitor Center (Yuchi Township Agricultural Association Gift Shop). The staff will scan the QR Code to redeem your boat ticket for entry.

• Dock Crew Shuishe Redemption Location: 11 Ming Sheng Street, Yuchi Township

• Please keep your boat ticket safe for inspection. If lost, you will need to purchase a new ticket.

You can take your order QR Code to any of the following stores to redeem your rental bicycle.

 1. Anxin Cycling: No. 149, Zhongshan Road, Shuishe Village, Yuchi Township, Nantou County (1-minute walk from the Shuishe Visitor Center)

1. Giant 6-speed Women's Bike (suitable for heights 150-180 cm)

※ If you need to choose a different bike model, an additional cash fee may be required.

• Within one hour of placing an order, payment must be completed. The system will automatically cancel orders that exceed the payment deadline.
• The system does not provide the option to modify orders. If you need to change the number of people, please request a refund and place a new order.
• Products cannot be refunded after they have been redeemed.
• If you have an unused product and wish to request a refund, please go to [Member Center]->[Paid]->[I want a refund] to apply for a refund. Refund requests will not be accepted after the deadline.

｜Boat Ride Guidelines

1. The physical ticket is an unregistered, valuable ticket. Please keep it safe after redemption. If it is lost, burned, damaged, or expires, it will not be reissued or exchanged under any circumstances.
2. For safety reasons, in cases of dense fog, typhoons (as declared by the Nantou County Government), and adverse weather conditions, the management of the Sun Moon Lake National Scenic Area will announce a sailing ban.
3. If sailing is delayed due to weather or other force majeure factors, no compensation or refund can be requested.
4. Bicycles can be taken on board for a cleaning fee of NT$100 per bike. However, due to different boat types, not every boat can accommodate bicycles. Please inquire with staff in advance. 

｜Bicycle Rental Guidelines

※ Service Hours: Daily from 07:00 to 18:00. Each rental period is for the entire day, so please refer to the store's posted business hours.

※ QR Code Policy: Once the QR Code has been redeemed for a bike exchange, no refunds will be provided.

｜Redemption

• No returns or refunds will be accepted for any redeemed products or gifts in the package.
• Please be sure to check the business hours of the redemption location. If you are unable to redeem during the specified hours, please redeem during other normal business hours within the valid period.
• This ticket is limited to one person per use. Each electronic ticket can only be used once, and it cannot be reused after verification for entry.
• Except for situations specified in the "Regulations on Stopping Office and Class Operations due to Natural Disasters," in which the county/city government decides to suspend announcements or class activities, or when the management unit deems it necessary to fully or partially close the park due to factors that may affect visitor safety, the event organizer may postpone or cancel the event. Advance notice and communication will be provided. The event organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the details of the event.

｜Announcement of Adjustments to Sun Moon Lake Boat Tickets

• In accordance with the regulations of the Sun Moon Lake fleet, starting today, the tickets will be adjusted to lake-circumference tickets (valid for one full circle around the lake, returning to the original boarding dock). If you have multiple boarding needs, please be aware that additional charges may apply according to on-site regulations, so please refer to the announcements at the store.
