• •Seat Policy: Guests aged 4 and above require a ticket, one seat per person; children aged 0–3 may join free without a seat and must sit on a parent's lap.
• └ If a child aged 0–3 needs a seat, please purchase a ticket to avoid occupying another guest's seat.
• └ For children aged 0–3, if insurance is needed, please purchase the [0–3 Non-seat Ticket] (insurance only, no gift and no seat included)
  Ticket Purchase Examples ✔  2 adults + 1 child aged 4 = purchase 3 seat tickets, for a total of 3 seats, with insurance for 3 people
  ✔  2 adults + 1 infant aged 3 = purchase 2 seat tickets, plus 1 no-seat ticket, for a total of 2 seats, with insurance for 3 people
  ⚠️  Guests who do not purchase the correct ticket type will be denied boarding and no
  on-site fare adjustment will be accepted. Please select the correct ticket type when booking.
• •Booking deadline: Reservations and payment must be completed by 10:59 AM, 1 day before departure (Taiwan local time).
  Booking Example ✔  For a bus ride on 3/31, your reservation and payment must be completed by 10:59 AM on 3/30 at the latest.
• •Receipt issuance: Only an electronic receipt for collection and payment on behalf of another party will be provided and sent to your email within 3 business days after the tour ends (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  Additional Information  ✔  According to Taiwan Ministry of Finance regulations, travel agencies are classified as a special industry and may only issue a “collection and payment on behalf of another party” receipt, not a uniform invoice.
  ✔  This product’s receipt is issued by “Taiwan NABI Travel Service Co., Ltd.”.
  ✔  The receipt will be sent by email through the value-added service platform established by the Taipei Association of Travel Agents. Please follow the instructions in the email and click “Receipt Details” to print the receipt.
  ✔  Due to legal regulations, each receipt may only be printed once. If reissuance is required, please contact our customer service at (02) 2523-3883.
  ✔  Consumers may also choose not to receive the receipt, but our company will still issue and retain it in accordance with the law.
  ✔  To expedite the process, Nabi Travel Taiwan will handle the Travel Industry Revenue/Expenditure Transfer Receipts and Sales Return Certificates on your behalf when processing refunds.
  

• •Full refund: Apply by 23:59 two days before departure (Taiwan time).
• •No refund: Refund requests will not be accepted under the following circumstances.
• └ Requests submitted after the full refund deadline (the organizer must complete insurance processing and attendee count in advance).
• └ Requests from guests who are denied service due to personal reasons such as late arrival, no-show, or failure to follow regulations.
  Refund Request Examples ✔  To cancel a bus ride on 3/31, submit your refund request by 11:59 PM on 3/29.
  ✖  To cancel a bus ride on 3/31, submit your refund request on 3/30.
  ✖  Refund request due to failure to board the bus because of personal reasons such as late arrival or failure to purchase the correct ticket type.
• •Special circumstances: In principle, the tour will not be canceled due to weather. The actual itinerary may be adjusted based on on-site operations and safety conditions. In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rain, or other natural disasters), the organizer will arrange rescheduling / cancellation / full refund based on official government announcements of work and school suspension in the affected cities or counties along the tour route. Notices and contact will be provided in advance whenever possible. The organizer reserves the right to revise, suspend, or change the details of the activity if necessary.
