※ Boarding Instructions【Outbound】:

  • Please check in at the Sun Moon Lake Station Counter in advance. Show the QR code on your ticket (displaying your reserved date and time) to receive your ride reservation slip, and then wait for your reserved bus as directed by the station staff
  • Please have your QR code ready before boarding and alighting, and enlarge it for easy scanning on the bus scanner.
  • Please report to the waiting area at least "20 minutes" early. Latecomers may be replaced by standby passengers and refunds will not be processed for tardiness.
  • Tickets purchased can be used on route 6671 Checheng Line, and QR code scanning is required when boarding and alighting.
  • Please confirm your reserved date and time before payment. A $30 NTD service fee will be charged for any changes or cancellations.
  • Reservation Period: You may book starting 15 days before the travel date. The deadline for all reservations is 12:00 PM (noon) on the day before travel.

※Boarding Locations:

  • Depart from ‘Sun Moon Lake Station’ and return from ‘Checheng Station’
  • Please arrive at the station in advance according to the designated bus schedule, no inter-line boarding allowed!

  • Payment must be completed within one hour of order placement; otherwise, the system will automatically cancel the order.
  • The system does not provide an order modification feature. If you need to change the quantity, you must cancel and reorder.
  • Once an item is redeemed, refunds are not accepted.
  • For unredeemed items, please go to "this website" Member Center → My Orders (Paid Orders) → Request a Refund.
  • If you have any system or order issues, please call 03-5910052 during customer service hours: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (one-hour lunch break).

| Refund Policy

  1. A handling fee of 30 TWD will be charged for each order cancellation after booking.
  2. No refunds or cancellations are allowed after the scheduled time (after departure).
  3. Once a reservation ticket is used, it cannot be refunded.

  • Once an item or gift included in the package ticket has been redeemed, returns and refunds are not accepted.
  • Please be sure to check the business hours of the redemption location. If redemption is not possible during those hours, please redeem during other normal business hours within the validity period.
  • In case of force majeure events (including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rain, etc.), considering public safety, the organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event, with advance notice and contact. For matters not sufficiently addressed, the organizer retains the right to modify, terminate, or change the details of the event.
  • Tickets do not feature reserved seating; please queue on-site for boarding.
  • This ticket is for adults; other types of tickets can be purchased at the venue.
  • Each ride ticket must be scanned both when boarding and alighting. For example, when taking the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle Sun Moon Lake route towards Sun Moon Lake, use the corresponding outbound ticket QR code to scan once when boarding and once again when alighting.
