｜Notes for System Orders

• Within one hour of placing an order, payment must be completed. The system will automatically cancel orders that exceed the payment deadline.
• The system does not provide the option to modify orders. If you need to change the number of people, please request a refund and place a new order.
• Products cannot be refunded after they have been redeemed.
• If you have an unused product and wish to request a refund, please go to [Member Center]->[Paid]->[I want a refund] to apply for a refund. Refund requests will not be accepted after the deadline.
• If you have any issues with the system or your order, please contact customer service at 03-5910052 during customer service hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-12:00, 13:00-17:00.

｜Sun Moon Lake Ropeway 

• Operating hours may be extended to cater to large scale events (e.g. Sakura Festival), or adjusted due to weather conditions, power failure, system maintenance, etc. Changes in operating hours shall be subject to the announcement posted at the station or on the official website.
• The first Wednesday of every month is the maintenance day for the cable car, and it will be temporarily closed to the public. If additional closures are required for annual maintenance, they will be announced accordingly. [Click here to view]
• If there are any changes to the operating hours, please refer to the onsite notices or the announcements on the【Sun Moon Lake Cable Car Official Website】.

｜Redemption

• Tickets are subject to 14 days of expiration, that is to say, tickets must be used within 14 days after Pass activation (including the date of activation).
• Please be sure to check the business hours of the redemption location. If you are unable to redeem during the specified hours, please redeem during other normal business hours within the valid period.
• No returns or refunds will be accepted for any redeemed products or gifts in the package.
• This ticket is limited to one person per use. Each electronic ticket can only be used once.
• Except for situations specified in the "Regulations on Stopping Office and Class Operations due to Natural Disasters," in which the county/city government decides to suspend announcements or class activities, or when the management unit deems it necessary to fully or partially close the park due to factors that may affect visitor safety, the event organizer may postpone or cancel the event.

｜Sun Moon Lake Ropeway 

• Each Sun Moon Lake Ropeway electronic ticket is for one person and valid for one round trip on the same day only.
• Since this ticket is only for the Ropeway ride, it does not include admission to the Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village.
• Passengers are only allowed to board at the Ita Thao Sun Moon Lake main station and cannot enter from the Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village station.
• This ticket is a full-price ticket. If you need other ticket types, please purchase them on-site. [Ticket Price List] 
• Seasonal thunderstorms are common in the Sun Moon Lake area. To ensure visitor safety, the facility will be temporarily closed if there is a risk of lightning. It is recommended to check the [Sun Moon Lake Ropeway official website] or call in advance to confirm if the service is operating before your visit.
• Bicycles, unpackaged pets, or other large, sharp, hazardous objects are not allowed on the cable car (except for guide dogs).
• Smoking, eating, drinking, chewing gum, and betel nut are prohibited inside the cable car cabins.

｜Sun Moon Lake Boat Tour

• The physical ticket is an unregistered valuable ticket. Please keep it safe after redemption. If the ticket is lost, burned, damaged, or expired, it will not be reissued or replaced.
• For safety reasons, the Sun Moon Lake National Scenic Area Management Office will announce a suspension of boat operations in the event of fog, typhoons (as declared by the Nantou County Government), or poor weather conditions.
• If the voyage is delayed due to weather or other force majeure factors, no refunds or compensation will be provided.
• Bicycles can be brought on board with a cleaning fee of NT$100 per bicycle. However, due to different boat types, not every boat can accommodate bicycles. Please inquire with the staff in advance.
