• This package must be cancelled at the latest by 00:00 on the day before your departure date. For example: If your departure date is 2026/03/05, the cancellation must be made before 2026/03/04 00:00 (which is 2026/03/03 23:59). This deadline is necessary for attendance counting and insurance processing. Cancellations or refunds requested after this time will not be accepted.
• In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rain, etc.), considering public safety, the organizer may reschedule, cancel, or provide a full refund, and will make announcements and contact participants in advance.
