5. Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point at least 【15 minutes before】 departure. To avoid delaying the subsequent itinerary and affecting other passengers, the bus will depart on time and will not wait. No refunds will be given to latecomers.

10. As a general rule, the tour will not be canceled due to weather. However, actual experience items may be adjusted based on on-site operations and safety considerations. In the event of natural disasters such as typhoons, the tour will follow the work/class suspension announcements for Taichung City and Nantou County issued by the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration, Executive Yuan.
11. We recommend wearing light, comfortable clothing and walking shoes, and bringing rain gear, sun protection, and drinking water according to your personal needs.
12. The itinerary requires moving according to the group's schedule. Please assess your own physical condition. Children and seniors must be accompanied by their companions throughout the trip.

1. This product includes a NT$2,500,000 Travel Agency Liability Insurance per person, providing travelers with extra peace of mind.

If passenger information is incomplete or incorrect, boarding will be denied, and the insurance coverage will not apply. If the ticket is transferred or used by someone else, you must bear the related risks and responsibilities.
   
2. Additionally, please note that the personal information of each passenger on the same bus must be filled in independently and cannot be duplicated, ensuring that every traveler receives full and proper insurance coverage.
3. If you are traveling with children aged 0–3 who do not occupy a seat, please be sure to separately add the "Child aged 0–3 without a seat" option when ordering and provide the correct personal information of the child for insurance purposes. If you fail to purchase this option or provide the relevant information, they will not be covered by the insurance, and the traveler must bear any impact on related rights.

3. Fee Includes: The 【Travel Liability Insurance】 additionally provided by this product.
4. Fee Does Not Include:

5. Food & Beverage Restrictions: Drinking water and beverages are allowed on the bus. To maintain a clean environment inside the vehicle, please take your personal trash with you when you get off.

• This package must be canceled at the latest by 【00:00 on the day before departure】. Example: For a departure on 2026/03/05, you must cancel by 00:00 on 2026/03/04 (i.e., 23:59 on 2026/03/03) at the latest. This is to facilitate headcount and insurance processing. Late cancellation or refund requests will not be accepted.
• In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rain, and other natural disasters), the organizer reserves the right to reschedule, cancel, or issue full refunds for public safety, and will announce and notify participants in advance. For any unaddressed matters, the organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the details of the event.
