※There is no reserved seat service. Please line up on site to wait for the bus.(Or make a reservation in advance.(Link：→Taichung↹Xitou route))
※Please pick up the number from the station staff on the day of departure and take the bus in order.
※Please tap IC Card when getting on and off the bus.(*Otherwise it will be locked.)
※The card is a buyout product and will not be returned after redemption.

※IC Card is EasyCard or I-PASS.
※The card has been add-valued Taichung - Xitou round-trip fare.
※Taichung includes Ntbus Taichung Gancheng Station, Taichung Railway Station, HSR Taichung Station.
※The card balance can be used for MRT、Bus or Convenience stores.
※If the card has no balance, it can be refilled.

1.The usage expiration of travel merchandise：
The package must be redeemed within 30 days of purchase. Unused items within expiration date are refundable upon the rules of Cingjing travel agency.

2.Refund rule: handling fee is NT30
Whoever has used the partial voucher, the original price of the used items should be deducted.

3.Unredeemed package:
Please follow the steps below：Login to website→「Member」→「My orders(Completed)」→Select the order→「Refund request」.
After receiving the refund request, Cingjing Travel Agency will calculate the refundable amount according to the refund rules.

4.If you have redeemed package to use:
Please get your refund at Cingjing travel agency (Address: No. 18-1, Zhongzheng 4th Road, Puli Town, Nantou County).
