The Taiwan Tourist Shuttle Xitou Line is a bus service specially designed for travelers visiting Xitou. The Taiwan Tourist Shuttle Xitou Line starts from Taichung Gancheng Station and passes through major transportation hubs such as Taichung Railway Station, Daqing Railway Station, and HSR Taichung Station. The route also serves attractions including the Chelungpu Fault Preservation Park, Neihu Elementary School, and Xitou Nature Education Area.

| How to Use the E-Ticket

  1. This is an electronic ticket (QR Code). No physical ticket will be mailed.
  2. After payment is completed, please check your email for the 【Payment Successful Notification】 and use the QR Code included in the email for redemption. Alternatively, go to 【Member Center】 → 【My Orders】 → 【Paid】 → 【View】 on the website and use the QR Code provided for redemption.
  3. Please present your e-voucher (QR Code) for scanning when both boarding and alighting.

Please present your QR code at the Nantou Bus counter at Taichung Gancheng Station or HSR Taichung Station, and queue up to board the bus.

※Round-trip tickets do not include reserved seating. Please queue at the boarding area and wait for the bus.

| Important Notes on System Orders

  • Payment must be completed within one hour after the order is placed. Orders not paid within the payment deadline will be automatically canceled by the system.
  • The system does not provide an order modification function. If you wish to change the quantity, please request a refund and place a new order.
  • Once any item has been redeemed or used, no refunds will be accepted.
  • For unused items, please go to Member Center → My Orders (Paid Orders) → Apply for Refund on this website to submit a refund request.
  • If you have any system or order-related questions, please call 03-5910052 during customer service hours: Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays), 09:00–12:00 / 13:00–17:00 (closed for lunch from 12:00–13:00).

  • Once any item or complimentary gift included in the package has been redeemed, no returns or refunds will be accepted.
  • Please check the business hours of the redemption location in advance. If redemption is unavailable at a particular time, please redeem the item during other regular business hours within the validity period.
  • In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rain, or other natural disasters), the organizer may postpone or cancel the event for public safety. Relevant announcements and notifications will be provided in advance. The organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the event details as necessary.
  • Tickets do not include reserved seating. Please queue at the boarding area and wait for the bus.
  • This ticket is an adult ticket. Please purchase other ticket types on-site.
  • Each bus ticket must be scanned once when boarding and once when alighting. For example, when taking the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle Xitou Line toward Xitou, please use the corresponding outbound ticket QR Code and scan it once when boarding and again when alighting.
