Set off on a journey! The "Taiwan Tourist Shuttle Checheng Line" operates between Sun Moon Lake, Shuili, and Checheng, racing through the embrace of the mountains. Along the way, it passes by Crescent Bay, Shuishe Dam, and Xiangshan Visitor Center, offering a full view of the waterfront charm at the heart of Taiwan; as well as Tou She and Snake Kiln, where you can explore the environmental secrets of the Tou She active basin and get hands-on fun with pottery making. Finally, it takes travelers to Taiwan's most beautiful wooden station, "Checheng Station," to experience the tranquility of "the last station." The "Taiwan Tourist Shuttle Checheng Line" connects Sun Moon Lake with Checheng and allows for transfers at Checheng to the Taiwan Railways Jiji Line to visit other stations like Jiji and Longquan, experiencing the unique hidden gems of the mountain towns.

※ Mode of Transport【Return Trip】:

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early at 【Checheng Station Stop】 to wait for the bus, inform the driver upon boarding that you have a reservation, and present the ticket QRcode to be scanned at the card reader. The bus departs on time and will not wait.
  • Please have the QRcode ready before boarding and alighting, and enlarge the QRcode for easy scanning on the bus machine.
  • The ticket type purchased allows you to ride on bus 6671 Checheng Line, and you must scan the QRcode when boarding and alighting.
  • Please confirm your reserved date and time before payment. A $30 NTD service fee will be charged for any changes or cancellations.
  • Reservation Period: You may book starting 15 days before the travel date. The deadline for all reservations is 12:00 PM (noon) on the day before travel.

※Boarding Locations:

  • For the outbound trip, board at ‘Sun Moon Lake Station’, and for the return trip, board at ‘Checheng Station’
  • Please report to the station on time according to the designated schedule, cross-schedule boarding is not allowed!

  • Payment must be completed within one hour of order placement; orders will be automatically canceled if the payment deadline is exceeded.
  • The system does not provide an order modification feature. If you need to change the quantity, you must cancel and reorder.
  • Once any product is redeemed, refunds are not accepted.
  • For products not redeemed, please go to "This Website" Member Center → My Orders (Paid Orders) → Apply for Refund.
  • For system or order issues, please call 03-5910052 during customer service hours: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (one-hour lunch break).

| Refund Rules

  1. A handling fee of 30 TWD is charged for each order cancellation after reservation.
  2. No refunds or cancellations are allowed after the reserved time (after departure).
  3. Once a reserved ticket is used, it cannot be refunded.

  • Once any product or gift in the package is redeemed, it cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Please be sure to check the business hours of the redemption location. If redemption cannot be made during that time, please redeem during other normal business hours within the validity period.
  • In case of force majeure events (including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rains, etc.), considering public safety, the organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event and will announce and contact in advance. For matters not covered, the organizer retains the right to modify, terminate, or change event details.
  • Tickets do not have a reserved seating feature; please wait in line on-site.
  • This ticket is for adults; other types of tickets can be purchased on-site.
  • Each ride ticket must be scanned upon boarding and alighting. For example, when taking the Sun Moon Lake Line towards Sun Moon Lake, use the corresponding outbound ticket QR Code; scan once upon boarding and once again upon alighting.
