※ Riding Method【ReturnTrip】:

  • Please check in at the Sun Moon Lake Station Counter in advance. Show the QR code on your ticket (displaying your reserved date and time) to receive your ride reservation slip, and then wait for your reserved bus as directed by the station staff.
  • Please have your QR code ready before getting on and off the bus, and click to enlarge the QR code for easy scanning on the bus.
  • Please arrive at the waiting area at least "20 minutes" early to check in. If you exceed this time limit, standby tickets will be offered to passengers on site, and no refunds will be processed after this time.
  • The purchased ticket type allows you to ride the 6670A-F Sun Moon Lake route, and QR code scanning is required when boarding and alighting.
  • Please confirm your reserved date and time before payment. A $30 NTD service fee will be charged for any changes or cancellations.
  • Reservation Period: You may book starting 15 days before the travel date. The deadline for all reservations is 12:00 PM (noon) on the day before travel.

※Boarding Locations:

  • For the outbound trip, board at "Nantou Bus Taichung Gancheng Station / High Speed Rail Taichung Station" and for the return trip, board at "Nantou Bus Sun Moon Lake Station"
  • Please arrive at the station point ahead of the specified bus schedule to board the bus, boarding across different bus schedules is not allowed!

  • ※ "Due to the availability of additional buses during consecutive holidays to enhance transportation, to avoid confusion between regular and additional buses, reservations for the Sun Moon Lake route during holidays are not provided. Please arrive early on the day and queue according to staff instructions. We apologize for any inconvenience caused."

| Refund Policy

  1. A handling fee of NT$30 is charged for each canceled reservation.
  2. If you fail to cancel before the scheduled time (after departure), no refunds or ticket cancellations can be requested.
  3. Tickets used after reservation cannot be refunded.

  • Once an item or gift included in the package ticket has been redeemed, returns and refunds are not accepted.
  • Please be sure to check the business hours of the redemption location. If redemption is not possible during those hours, please redeem during other normal business hours within the validity period.
  • In case of force majeure events (including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rain, etc.), considering public safety, the organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event, with advance notice and contact. For matters not sufficiently addressed, the organizer retains the right to modify, terminate, or change the details of the event.
  • Tickets do not feature reserved seating; please queue on-site for boarding.
  • This ticket is for adults; other types of tickets can be purchased at the venue.
  • Each ride ticket must be scanned both when boarding and alighting. For example, when taking the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle Sun Moon Lake route towards Sun Moon Lake, use the corresponding outbound ticket QR code to scan once when boarding and once again when alighting.
