Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village is a large-scale leisure and recreation area consisting of three main parts: the European Garden, Amusement World, and the Aboriginal Scenic Area. The amusement facilities include the highest free-fall ride in Southeast Asia. The ropeway connecting the park and Sun Moon Lake allows you to overlook the scenic views of Central Taiwan's mountains and lakes, which has drawn significant attention in recent years.

"Leisurely" European Courtly Dance. The Ritz European Garden covers about six hectares. Its vast royal elegance showcases European palace garden style. It is the largest European-style garden in Taiwan and a filming location for many Taiwanese idol dramas. Baroque music rises with the Roman fountain's water dance.   • All tickets provide "all-you-can-play" access. Except for catering and items marked with a fee, all amusement facilities are free to ride.
  • No credit card services are provided for on-site consumption, except for the National Travel Card.
  • Riding amusement facilities is subject to height restrictions or the requirement of adult accompaniment. Please refer to the chart below for regulations.

| Sun Moon Lake Ropeway

  • Operating hours may be extended for major events (such as the Cherry Blossom Festival). Operating hours may also be adjusted due to weather conditions, power outages, or system maintenance.
  • The first Wednesday of every month is the maintenance day for the ropeway and is closed to the public. If there is a need for annual major maintenance, additional closure dates will be announced. 【Click here to view】
  • Any changes to operating hours will be based on on-site notices or announcements on the 【Sun Moon Lake Ropeway Official Website】. 

| Product Redemption

  • Once any product or gift in the package has been redeemed or used, no returns or refunds will be accepted.
  • Please be sure to check the operating hours of the redemption stores. If redemption is unavailable during a specific period, please redeem during other normal operating hours within the validity period.
  • The package has a 14-day validity period. All products must be used within 14 days (including the day of first use) after any product is activated. Example: If the first product is activated on January 1, 2026, the final expiration date for all products is January 14, 2026.
  • This ticket is limited to one person per ticket. Each electronic ticket can only be used once and cannot be reused after verification and entry.
  • In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, and heavy rain), the organizer may postpone or cancel the activity for public safety, with prior notice and contact. The organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the details of the activity.

| Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village

  • The Sun Moon Lake Ropeway is a complimentary item; Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village reserves the right to terminate this offer. If the ropeway is temporarily suspended for any reason, no compensation or refunds will be provided.
  • Group Ticket: For groups of 20 or more traveling by coach (please make a reservation by phone at least one day in advance). Different group tickets apply based on the conditions in the table above.
  • Free admission for children under three years old or under 100 cm in height; proof of age and accompaniment by a parent are required for entry. (According to Tourism Administration regulations, the ratio of caregivers to children under 3 should be 1:3; for children with special needs, a legal representative or volunteer must provide 1:1 care).
  • Parking cleaning fee is required separately: NT$30 for motorcycles, NT$150 for large and small vehicles.
  • The parking cleaning fee is for site cleaning and maintenance. We assume no responsibility for the safekeeping of vehicles, their accessories, or items inside the vehicles. Please do not leave valuables in your car. We apologize for any inconvenience.
