  • Booking limit per order: Up to 4 tickets (Maximum 4 seats per order. For bookings exceeding this limit, please contact Yuanlin Bus customer service at 049-2770041 to make a reservation and complete payment.)

※ Method of Transportation 【Departure Trip】：

  • Please arrive at the bus stop at least 15 minutes in advance, if you exceed the time limit, standby passengers on the spot will be accommodated, and no refunds will be entertained for belated arrivals.
  • Please have your QR code ready before getting on and off the bus, and enlarge the QR code for the bus scanner.
  • The ticket type purchased can take the Number 15 Xitou Line, and a QR code scan is required when boarding and alighting.
  • Please seat according to your seat number in the “Reserved Seats” area in the bus, please do not occupy other seats.

※ Boarding Location：

  • Departure Pick-up Point: No. 128, Section 5, Douyuan Road, Erlin Town, Changhua County (Yuanlin Bus Erlin Station)
  • Return Pick-up Point: Xitou (Parking lot)
  • Please arrive at the station in advance according to the designated bus schedule to board the bus, you cannot take the bus across different schedule timings!

  • No refunds or ticket returns will be accepted for non-boarding on the day of travel. Please repurchase tickets. (Except for factors such as typhoons, vehicle accidents, etc.)
  • Refund rules:
    1. Cancellations must be made before 23:59 the day before departure, and no processing fee will be charged.
    2. No cancellations will be accepted on the day of departure, and no refunds will be given.
    3. Once the reserved ticket is used, no refund can be requested.
  • Bicycle Carry-on Rules: Due to vehicle restrictions, folding bikes must be folded and stored as shown in the picture. Non-folding bicycles are not accepted.
  • Pet carrying regulations: Pets need to be placed in a pet cage and a half ticket must be purchased. Pets are not allowed to be let out.
