  • Single order ticket booking limit: Maximum 4 tickets (Maximum 4 seats per order, additional seats require a phone call to Yuanlin Bus Customer Service 049-2770041 for reservation and payment)

※ Transportation method【Return trip】:

  • Please report to the boarding place at least 15 minutes in advance, If you exceed the limit, it will be provided to on-site passengers. Failure to comply in time will not permit a ticket refund.
  • Please have your QR code ready before arriving at or leaving the car, and zoom in on the QR code for easy scanning by the machine on the car.
  • The purchased ticket type can take the lines of 15 Xitou Line, and the boarding and alighting must scan the QR code.
  • Please follow the "Reservation Seat" area in the car and please sit in accordance with your 【Seat number】, please do not occupy other seats.

※ Boarding location:

  • Departure boarding point: No. 128, Section 5, Douyun Road, Erlin Town, Changhua County (Yuanlin Bus Erlin Station)
  • Return boarding point: Xitou (Parking lot)
  • Please arrive at the station for boarding according to the designated shift time, you cannot ride across shifts!

  • No refunds or ticket returns will be accepted for non-boarding on the day of travel. Please repurchase tickets. (Except for factors such as typhoons, vehicle accidents, etc.)
  • Refund rules:
    1. Cancellations must be made before 23:59 the day before departure, and no processing fee will be charged.
    2. No cancellations will be accepted on the day of departure, and no refunds will be given.
    3. Once the reserved ticket is used, no refund can be requested.
  • Bicycle Carry-on Rules: Due to vehicle restrictions, folding bikes must be folded and stored as shown in the picture. Non-folding bicycles are not accepted.
  • Pet carrying regulations: Pets need to be placed in a pet cage and a half ticket must be purchased. Pets are not allowed to be let out.
