※ Boarding Procedure【Outbound】：

  • Please check in at the Taichung Station Counter (Taichung Gancheng Station or HSR Taichung Station – choose one) in advance. Show the QR code on your ticket (displaying your reserved date and time) to receive your ride reservation slip, and then wait for your reserved bus as directed by the station staff.
  • Have your QR code ready before boarding and alighting, and enlarge the QR code for easy scanning on the bus.
  • Please arrive at least '20 minutes' early at the waiting area to check in. If you exceed this time limit, we will offer your spot to stand-by passengers and no refunds will be issued for late arrivals.
  • The ticket type purchased allows you to ride on the 6670A-F Sun Moon Lake line, and scanning of the QR code is required when boarding and alighting.
  • Please confirm your reserved date and time before payment. A $30 NTD service fee will be charged for any changes or cancellations.
  • Reservation Period: You may book starting 15 days before the travel date. The deadline for all reservations is 12:00 PM (noon) on the day before travel.

  • Depart from Nantou Bus Taichung Dry Port Station / High-Speed Rail Taichung Station and return from Nantou Bus Sun Moon Lake Station
  • Please arrive at the station ahead of the designated departure time to board. Boarding is not permitted across different departure times!

  • ※ "Due to extra buses available for increased transport capacity during holidays, to avoid confusion between regular and additional buses, we do not offer reservations for Sun Moon Lake routes on holidays. Please arrive early at the site and queue as directed by staff. We apologize for any inconvenience caused."

| Refund Policy

  1. A handling fee of NT$30 is charged for each canceled reservation.
  2. If the reservation is not canceled after the scheduled departure time, no refunds or ticket cancellations are allowed.
  3. Once a reservation ticket is used, it cannot be refunded.

 

  • Once an item or gift included in the package ticket has been redeemed, returns and refunds are not accepted.
  • Please be sure to check the business hours of the redemption location. If redemption is not possible during those hours, please redeem during other normal business hours within the validity period.
  • In case of force majeure events (including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rain, etc.), considering public safety, the organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event, with advance notice and contact. For matters not sufficiently addressed, the organizer retains the right to modify, terminate, or change the details of the event.
  • Tickets do not feature reserved seating; please queue on-site for boarding.
  • This ticket is for adults; other types of tickets can be purchased at the venue.
  • Each ride ticket must be scanned both when boarding and alighting. For example, when taking the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle Sun Moon Lake route towards Sun Moon Lake, use the corresponding outbound ticket QR code to scan once when boarding and once again when alighting.
