◆ This is NOT a round-trip ticket. Please make a separate reservation for the return trip.

◆ After completing your online credit card payment, a product QR code will be issued. Please scan the QR code when both boarding and alighting.

◆ Route: HSR Taichung Station → Atayal Resort (6653C)

◆ Please confirm your reservation date and service before making payment. A NT$30 handling fee will be charged for any changes or cancellations.

◆ Reservations open 7 days before the travel date and must be completed by 12:00 noon on the day before travel at the latest.

◆ During consecutive holidays, additional buses may be deployed on-site to accommodate increased passenger demand. Therefore, reservations are not available during consecutive holiday periods.

※ 【Boarding Instructions – Outbound Trip】:

◆ 【Outbound Trip】: Please check in at the 【Nantou Bus HSR Taichung Station Counter】 no later than 20 minutes before departure. Present your ticket QR code (showing the reservation date and service) to check in and receive your boarding reservation slip.

◆ Follow the station staff's instructions and proceed to the boarding platform to wait for your reserved bus. Please arrive at the boarding area in advance. If you arrive after the designated time, your seat may be offered to standby passengers at the site, and refunds will not be accepted for late arrival.

◆ Please have your QR code ready before boarding and alighting, and enlarge the QR code on your screen to facilitate scanning by the onboard machine.

◆ This ticket is valid for the 6653C Beigangxi Line. QR codes must be scanned when both boarding and alighting.

For example, when taking the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle Cingjing Line toward Cingjing, you must present the QR code of the corresponding outbound ticket, which must be scanned once when boarding and again when getting off.

◆ The system does not support order modifications. If you wish to change the quantity, you must cancel the ticket and place a new order.

◆ Reserved tickets cannot be refunded once they have been used.

◆ Cancellations made before departure will incur a handling fee of NT$30 per order. Cancellation or refund requests made after departure will not be accepted.

◆ This ticket is for adults. Other ticket types must be purchased on site.
