｜Ticket Type

1. This is an electronic ticket (QR Code) and a physical ticket will not be sent separately.
2. After completing the payment, please check your email to receive the "payment successful notification" email. You can use the QR code attached in the email for verification, or you can go to the website's "Member Center" → "My Orders" → "Paid" page → click "View" to access the QR Code for verification.
3. Present the electronic voucher (QR Code) at the self-service ticket machine to redeem a physical ticket after verification. Alternatively, use the online ticket retrieval service to obtain the boarding ticket's QR Code, and scan it on the machine when boarding to ride.

• Redemption Methods:

  1. On-site Ticket Exchange: Please go to one of the following redemption locations and use the electronic voucher (QR Code) at the Nantou Bus self-service ticket machine at either Taichung Gancheng Station or Taichung HSR Station. After verification, you will receive a paper ticket. Use this paper ticket to board the bus and scan it on the machine to complete the ride. ※ ※ Please redeem both the outbound and return paper tickets at the same time using the ticket machine.
  2. Online Ticket Retrieval: Use the "Online Ticket Retrieval Service" to enter the 16-digit verification code from your electronic voucher (QR Code) to obtain the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle boarding QR Code. Scan the boarding QR Code on the machine when boarding the bus to ride.
