Paper Tickets
◎After placing the order, please allow 3 to 7 business days for processing, your order will be delivered as registered mail. Please take the processing time into consideration before making a purchase.
◎Each order (based on an order number) has a minimum amount requirement and is limited to one delivery address. Multiple addresses in the same order are not allowed. Please place separate orders for different addresses.
◎Name on order should be the same as the name of recipient. Our company may verify contact information with the recipient before delivery.
◎Note: Please follow the regulations for members of our company when making a purchase. Resale or any illegal methods to acquire personal benefits are not allowed. Our company reserves the rights to stop or terminate the membership or any other service, and will report to the investigation authorities depending on the situation.
◎Tickets on our website are on-sale prices, but service providers may independently promote further discounted prices on an irregular basis. Since the service providers are not responsible for notifying our company, we do not provide a price-matching service. Thank you for your understanding.
◎Exchange and Return: To guarantee your satisfaction, any unsatisfied item is allowed to be exchanged or returned within 7 days (weekend included) of purchase. The item should be returned during the 7-day period with the complete order and tickets (undamaged products, complimentary products and other documents with packages). Copies are not valid and the receipt is required. If returning after the 7-day period, items must retain at least 90 days of validity upon return. (i.e., if the ticket is valid until 12.31.2013, then the last acceptable return date is 09.30.2013.) 15% process fee will be deducted from the refund; the price difference must be balanced and it’s only exchangeable for other products on the website.
◎Tickets are only valid for individual travelers and are not valid for travel groups.

E-Tickets
◎E-ticket products or services are provided by stores, the website is a sales and service platform.
◎E-tickets cannot be combined with other promotions and are not valid for cash exchange..
◎The code on the e-tickets should be kept safe, customers are responsible for any loss due to leak of code or loss of e-ticket.
◎The contents of the e-tickets are promotions provided by stores for certain products or services, please follow the instructions on the e-tickets to redeem within period validity. (This includes, but not limited to: Use time, reservation policy, in-store or to-go, and other restrictions)
◎After purchasing the e-tickets, you will receive an authorization code from the system, please present it to redeem the product or service. The phone number you provide upon purchase cannot be changed or resent to another device. Please cooperate with the store staff to verify your code and information, and provide your signature on the receipt. Customers are not allowed to redeem products or services through other methods.
◎Please use your e-ticket before the expiration date. Some contents of the e-ticket are services provided at a specific time or location (including, but not limited to, concerts, music concerts and exhibitions). Refund and balancing the price difference are not valid when customers cannot redeem the services for personal reasons.
If a store that should provide a provide or service goes bust before the e-ticket is used or cannot provide the product/service for another reason, the amount paid by the consumer will be refunded by this website through the follow up refund process.
◎The QR Code service on our website only provides the order information for you to redeem the e-ticket code from different stores. When you contact the store through other methods (including, but not limited to, reservation and consulting) and create personal transactions, it is not our responsibility if there is any dispute or compensation issue between you and the store.
1). You agree that all the online purchases are subject to the electronic transaction information that is automatically recorded by the system on our website. If any dispute occurs, the electronic transaction information will be the determining standard. You should notify us of any incorrect information upon discovery.
2). If you return or exchange products too frequently, or cause any damage or inconvenience to our website, once it is considered as malicious behavior, we reserve the right to reject your transaction or stop providing service to you.
Tour Products
◎Please notify in advance if a vegetarian meal is needed.
◎Seating arrangement is based on tourists ‘arrival sequence on a first-come-first-serve basis.
◎Please arrive on time and turn on the cell phone that you registered to make sure the tourist guide can reach you.
◎Refund will not be given if the customer leaves the group due to personal reasons.
◎The transportation schedules are for reference only. The sequence of schedule may be rearranged depending on situations such as traffic or crowd.
◎Please prepare your own weather-proof clothing, umbrella and medicines such as motion sickness pills, cold medicine or insect repellent.
◎For safety reasons, please do not bring pets or hazardous items on the tour bus. Also, please put on a surgical mask if you are coughing or having other contagious symptoms.
◎Customers agree that once the transaction is completed, we are not responsible for any extra cost caused by cancellation or rescheduling of the trip.
◎Our company reserves the right to reschedule the trip or provide full refund due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including typhoon, earthquake or other natural causes.
◎Cancellation policy: Our company follows related regulation by Taiwan Tourism Bureau and signs the travel contract with our customers. Please view the Standardized Contract for Domestic Tour for more information. The notice day is based on the normal working hours announced by the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration; if notice is given past working hours, it is counted as the following working day.
Policies of the Personal Information Protection Act
- Personal information saved on the website, including that of the card member and his or her fellow travelers (hereinafter, fellow travelers), are protected by the Nantou Funcard under the Policy of Personal Information Protection Act. Your personal information such as name, address and email address will not be released to any third party without your permission, with the exceptions listed in Point #4 in this section.
- The Nantou Funcard may share with the service providers of your travel purchases and requests your personal information and those of your fellow travelers. This includes the hotels, airlines, tourism businesses, travel insurance companies, and other third parties involved in your requested travel services.
- Upon using the services provided by the Nantou Funcard website, you grant permission to the website to track, record and use the information you provided as well as your usage history on the website for the purposes of marketing, analysis, statistics, research, or customization of services. The website may also publish and publicly use the statistics of its members anonymously.
- You understand and permit the Nantou Funcard website to share your personal information with related authorities, third parties claiming violated rights providing an official judicial document, or other related parties under the following situations:
(1) Respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
(2) Protect legal rights of other members or third parties under emergent circumstances.
(3) Maintain normal functioning of the membership system.
(4) Complete transactions made by members through the membership system for requested products or services.
- Your personal information and other data such as transaction records are protected and regulated under the Nantou Funcard Privacy Policy.
